I have enjoyed photography for many years and finally decided that I would make my own photography blog so I could share some of my photos and thoughts with the world. I have for the most part always owned point and shoot cameras but recently (within the last year) got a DSLR camera (the pentax k10d if you were wondering) and that has opened up a whole new world of photography for me. I figured since I have this fancy new camera I should really try to learn more about photography and post some of my pictures to get others opinions.
One of the primary reasons I wanted to make this blog was so that I would have a place to share some of my favorite photos with the world instead of them just sitting on my hard drive.
I am not an expert by any means and still have a ton to learn but I am hoping this blog will give me inspiration to take better pictures and learn new techniques so that my photography improves. This photoblog will hopefully give you a view of the world around me as I see it through the camera lens. So stick around hopefully we will both be able to learn a thing or two.
