I took this photo back in September of a field filled with hay bales. They had just finished baling earlier that very day and were still out in another field making bales. I liked how the hay bales could be seen far into the distance.
I liked this shot so much I decided to include it in my New England 2011 Scenic Wall Calendar! If you want to purchase a 2011 calendar for yourself, or to buy as a gift for a friend, or just want to let me know how it looks and are interesting in checking it out, below is the link to where you can purchase it and see more :

This is a great use for the autumn harvest if you ask me! This giant straw man made of hay bales and pumpkins was at a local farm by the side of the road. A great way to attract customers!
I went to a farm last weekend and this goat was taking a nice break from doing whatever it is that goats do!
Here is a photo from Parlee Farms in Tyngsboro, MA that I took last weekend. They have tons of pick your own farmland where you can pick your own strawberries, blueberries, apples etc., depending on the season. They also have this amazing field of flowers that goes on as far as the eye can see!
Here is an old decaying farm building found on the same farm where I took the photos of the cows eating that I posted yesterday.
While on vacation in NH I saw tons of farm country. Here is a shot I liked that I took of some cows eating during feeding time at a farm.
Here is a photo I took in Vermont a couple of winters back. I like how the foreground is flat farmland and in the background there are huge mountains. The corn stalks add a little color to the white snowy field.
