I tried this picture in color first but after converting it to b&w I decided it looked alot better this way. The white hanging flowers stand out better in the b&w version then they did on the color one against the green leaves.

A Monument to Lost Happiness

Chimney, A Monument to Lost Happiness

There was something sad about this chimney sitting by itself near the walking path I was on. It was the last remnant of some house or factory and it made me wonder what used to be there. There is almost no evidence left of any building ever being there except for this chimney, forever standing, as a monument for dreams long forgotten.

The Wright Museum

The Wright Museum, Tank, Wolfeboro, NH

The Wright Museum is a World War II museum that is located in Wolfeboro NH. The poster was so colorful and interesting I decided to desaturate the rest of the photo and leave that in color. I cant decide if it worked or not. Either way I think this is a pretty cool way to advertise a museum with a tank breaking through the wall!

Castle in the Clouds

Castle in the Clouds, Lake Winnipesaukee, mountain

Here is a shot of the “Castle in the Clouds” that overlooks Lake Winnipesaukee. I hiked up another trail on the property that is above the castle to get this vantage point.
