I have some of these and didn’t know a name for them because they were in the garden when we bought the house. This year they didn’t bloom because we’ve had more rain than usual and it didn’t stay as hot as it typically does for Arkansas. Yours look like they’re doing great. Beautiful shot.
Welcome to my photoblog. I will try to post a new photo that I have taken every day so check back often! I also will occasionally post some reviews of photo gear that I purchase.

They look like lots of Tina Turner hairdos in pink, blowing in the wind!
It does look edible….
love the color contrast
Lovely flowers, you have pulled it off in this harsh lighting conditions. I would have done a -1.0 EV on this to minimize the blown out highlights.
Andy, the scientific name, if i remember correctly is: Cheerleader-pom-pom-icus.
Great shot of these interesting and unique flowers, especially very beautiful colors. Excellent close up framing and details.
Ooo! Purdy!! If it isn’t the scientific name, it should be.
