Another shot of our old and faithful snow blower (An 8HP International Harvester Cadet 268) from my last post this time of the spark plug. I will probably post a few more photos of this snow blower from different angles as I found it an interesting subject!

This old snow blower has gotten alot of use this winter and despite its age and rust it still sucks up snow with the best of them. This is one of my better photos from my first time out with my new toy…A Lensbaby Composer!! After seeing some of the things that could be done with this lens on other people’s photoblogs I really liked some of the effects you can create with this lens and decided I wanted one and was lucky enough to get it for my recent birthday.
It definitely is going to take awhile to fully realize its potential and get better using it but one thing is for sure it is very fun to use!

My Persian cat was infatuated with this pineapple and kept rubbing up against it and smelling it. Here he is challenging it to a staring contest
I have been a bit under the weather the past few days that is why I have not been posting. Hopefully I will be back to 100% soon and will be able to post more often!

On the way back from Boston there was a great sunset. This was taken from the car window on the highway while we were driving (and no I was not the driver!)

I took this photo right after taking the photo I posted last time of the skyline of Boston. As I was getting ready to leave the rooftop location where I took that photo I saw the full moon barely visible in the afternoon brightness just coming into view above these factories. I decided to convert the photo to black and white becuase it was really hard to see the barely visible moon against the bright blue sky in the color version.

Here is a photo I took last weekend of the John Hancock Tower in Boston, MA. According to Wikipedia The John Hancock Tower is the tallest building in Boston and in fact the tallest building in all of New England.

I went to South Boston last weekend and was able to get a few photos. Here is a shot of the St. Brigid Parish in South Boston MA.

This is a photo I took a few months ago in the Fall of some beatiful dying flowers. The splotchy pink spots looked a bit like lipstick on a white shirt hence the title.

Star light, star bright,
The first star I see tonight,
I wish I may, I wish I might,
Have the wish I wish tonight.

Well I can pretty much guarantee this will be one of the strangest photoblog posts you will see today! As I was sitting at my desk I saw this string hanging from the window shade and it just kept looking like a reindeer jumping to me. I don’t know if I am suffering from cabin fever or what but I just had to take the photo and see if others thought so too! Hopefully I am not going crazy
Sorry there has not been as many posts by me lately with all this winter weather and cold its harder to get out and take good photos. Hopefully I will start taking more photos soon.
