Here is another photo from the Ice Storm we had a month or so ago that I posted a bunch of pictures of already.

Beautifully observed and presented, Andy. Something about the composition puts me in mind of some form of balletic dance, perhaps skating on ice with the delicate female as the tree in the foreground and the man at the rear.
A very nice photograph
reminds me of something i can’t quite put my finger on, a tim burton animation maybe… i dig it
Yea now that you mention it this does sort of remind me of some of his movies!
That’s icy, I feel cold just looking at it
I like the look of the land after an ice storm. This fine image is a great reminder.
Ice is so beautiful but so treacherous. Great perspective here.
What a magnificent contrast !
The definition is exceptional !
Very nice icy tones depicted in this image!
I like your pov and the ice branches on foreground
yeah! its a great angle!
you have good eyes to find it!
A fine close up of that destructive element: ice! We have had several days of frost and icing so as to cause power failures. The daytime and nighttime temperatures remain within a few degree of each other so the frost/ice continues to build with very high humidities. Bad news for power companies who rush from outage to outage!
Wonderful composition and Ice Ice Baby.
So long as it bends and doesn’t break:-)
OK, that is cold. Very cold. I am SO ready for spring! Oh and the photo? I love how you shot right up it. Nice perspective.
ice, ice baby.. lol! now that’s funny.. i like how you framed the icy branches in the foreground.. nice shot..
Yeah, I liked that “Ice Ice Baby”, too. When I saw your title, the first thing I thought about was Pres. Obama and that he probably feels as though he now has the weight of the world on his shoulders. Well done, Andy.
I keep being amazed by these perfectly coated branches. Such a cool sight!
Great angle! Beautiful winter image.
