I visited my brother a couple of weeks ago and here is a photo I took of his Russian Box Turtle named Ivan the Terrible. As you can see Ivan the Terrible is not so scary when he is taking a bath!

Ivan doesn’t look so terrible. I had a turtle when I was growing up, his name was Speedy Gonzales and he lived with some other turtles at my aunt and uncles who watched me everyday. We’d do a pool check every morning to see who might have fallen in during the night getting a drink of water. They were always fine after we retrieved them - usally from the deep end.
