I got this vantage point of Lake Winnipesaukee from a scenic overlook on the side of the highway. I have posted a photo of this island before but on this particular day I was lucky as the famous Mount Washington boat happened to be passing right as I was taking the photo. I thought it was cool that the island was smaller then the boat!

nice view, framed by the tree, and i love the blue processing, gives it a romance…
Love the processing and how you’ve captured and framed the view thru the trees. Such a beautiful part of the world!
That bluish tint gives this photo a cold feel, but very well framed.
Superb image, magnificent scenery, good choice monochrome. Excellent composition.
It is smaller. Good observation. I could be wrong, but I think when we were in New Hampshire we saw this boat.
Yea its a very famous boat and has tours all over the lake I bet you did see it!
beautiful b/w landscape
That is cool. Must be rough seeing this scene every day!
wow.. the island’s that small huh? i wonder how it feels to live there..
nice shot..
That is a wonderful view and how great you timed it to get the boat in it.
interesting processing choice. gives it a old at the same time dreamy sort of feel. Well framed!
I like how the trees frame the shot. It was a stroke of good luck that you got the boat
at such a prime moment. Nice shooting.
Great shot. The island is very interesting because of its size and that they have built buildings on it. I hope they have flood insurance.
The processing makes it look like an old film negative, but not quite in negative (ok did that make sense?
